You have the right to return the products purchased from soulbuddyhats.com within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
All products must be unused and the packaging and labels (if any) must be intact. If you return products, you are responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we receive the return, we will refund you the purchase price. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used when ordering the item.
If you want to exchange your item for a different color or size, please return the unwanted item (both SOULBUDDY Hats for a set of 2 or all FAMILY Hats for a set of 3) and place a new order.
We do not accept any responsibility for goods that are lost on return.

- Fill out the form with your name, order number, item details & the return reason
- Print the returns form and attach it to your package
- Send us the items to the following address, you can use the attached address label
