All products must be unused and the packaging and labels (if any) must be intact. If you return products, you are responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we receive the return, we will refund you the purchase price. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used when ordering the item.

If you want to exchange your item for a different color or size, please return the unwanted item (both SOULBUDDY Hats for a set of 2 or all FAMILY Hats for a set of 3) and place a new order.

We do not accept any responsibility for goods that are lost on return.

Would have loved but very tight/small

Got the toddler size med for my 2.5 year old and it only fits his head on the last notch. These run super small. Great quality, love the color combo but just too tight. The adult size is even a bit tight on my husband but he can certainly still wear his but my toddler definitely can’t. Which defeats the entire purpose of having matching hats.

These hats are the best! I bought one for my son and my grandson for a Christmas gift and they were the perfect gift! They fit is amazing!! My grandson is 9 months old and he looks so cute in his little hat matching his daddy! My son keeps calling him his soul buddy now! Thank you for an awesome product! We couldn’t be happier!
